Summary and Target Audience- This book is about the life of a penquin as she is looking for something that is not black, white or blue. She searches until she finds some scientists who were not black, white or blue. The target audience would be those children who are looking for somethine more.. then just the excepted norm.

Evaluation of Literature- This book is written simpe but well. It can be read by most ages and shows that there is something more then just what is excepted

Illustrations- The book uses simple colors to represent the boring workd of a penquin and vibrant orange colors to represent the colors of the scientist. They go well with the text.

Mini lesson- I would use this book top teach my students not to accept the norm and to always question why things are the way they are.
